Blueshot Terms of Service — Paid Services (Blueshot Plus)

These terms set out the conditions of "Blueshot Plus", the paid subscription service provided by Blueshot. They apply together with the Terms of Service (the "Base Terms"), which you can read through the link at the bottom of this page.

Effective date: 2026-10-06 · Version 1.1

Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)

1. These terms set out the rights, obligations and conditions between Blueshot (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the paid service.

2. These terms apply together with the Company's Terms of Service (version 1.0, effective July 10, 2025; the "Base Terms"). If these terms and the Base Terms differ on a matter concerning the paid service, these terms prevail; matters not covered here follow the Base Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. These terms do not change the Base Terms. They apply to users who purchase the paid service (start or renew a subscription) on or after the effective date.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Paid Service" means "Blueshot Plus", which users pay to use.

2. "Subscription" means a way of using the Paid Service in which the fee is charged automatically each time the period you chose (one month or one year) ends, and the Paid Service renews.

3. "App Store" means a third-party marketplace through which apps are downloaded and in-app purchases are made, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play.

4. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Base Terms and applicable law.

Article 3 (Content of the Paid Service)

1. The Company provides the basic features of the Service free of charge and provides some features as the Paid Service.

2. The Paid Service includes removing ads (not showing the banner and interstitial ads the Company displays in the Service), insights, record export and similar features, and the features may differ by device and app version. The type, content, period and price of the Paid Service are shown on the purchase screen; you must check them before you pay.

3. The right to use the Paid Service is linked to the Blueshot account of the user who paid. You may not transfer or lend this right to another person.

4. A subscription paid with one App Store account can be linked to only one Blueshot account. If you reinstall the app with the same App Store account or use it on another device, you can get your access back with "Restore purchases" in the app.

5. The Company may offer the Paid Service free of charge or at a discount through events, promotion codes and the like. In that case the period and conditions are as announced at the time, and a period received free of charge cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Article 4 (Price and Payment)

1. The price of the Paid Service is the amount shown on the purchase screen and includes value-added tax and other taxes. Currency and taxes may differ by country according to the App Store's rules.

2. The Paid Service is paid with the payment method of the App Store you use (Apple App Store or Google Play), and the App Store charges and processes the payment. The Company does not receive or store card numbers or other payment details.

3. The terms and policies of the App Store (including Apple's standard license agreement for the App Store) also apply to payments made through it, and the Company cannot change what the App Store has decided.

4. You must pay with a payment method you are legitimately entitled to use.

5. Personal information processed in connection with payment is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Subscription and Automatic Renewal)

1. Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically for the same period on the day the period ends, and the fee for that period is charged at each renewal. The period, renewal cycle and price are shown before you pay.

2. To prevent the next renewal you must cancel by the deadline set by the App Store (for example, at least 24 hours before the period ends). The App Store may charge the renewal fee within 24 hours before the period ends.

3. If a renewal payment fails, the App Store may retry for a period, and during that time the Company may let you keep using the Paid Service or pause it. If the payment never goes through, the Paid Service ends and you return to the free service. You can check the current state of your subscription on the subscription screen in the app.

Article 6 (Free Trial)

1. The Company may offer a free trial depending on the plan; the trial length and the price after it are shown on the purchase screen.

2. A free trial is offered under the conditions set by the App Store and may not be offered to users who have already used one. The App Store decides whether you are eligible.

3. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription when the trial ends and the price shown on the purchase screen is charged. If you cancel within the trial, you are not charged.

Article 7 (Cancelling a Subscription)

1. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancel in the subscription settings of the App Store you paid through; the subscription screen in the app takes you straight there.

  • App Store: Settings > Apple ID (your name) > Subscriptions
  • Google Play: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

2. After you cancel, no fee is charged from the next renewal, and you can keep using the Paid Service until the period you already paid for ends.

3. Deleting the app or deleting your Blueshot account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel in the App Store before you delete your account; if you do not, you may keep being charged.

Article 8 (Withdrawal and Refunds)

1. Withdrawal and refunds for subscriptions paid through an App Store follow that App Store's policy, and you must ask the App Store directly (App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: Play Help).

2. If the App Store refunds the whole amount, the Company may end the right to use the Paid Service for the period covered by that payment.

3. Where a refund is required by law — for example, you could not use the Paid Service for a reason attributable to the Company, the Paid Service was provided differently from what was shown, or the fee for the same period was charged twice — the Company will cooperate with your refund and guide you so that you can be refunded in the way the App Store allows. You can contact [email protected].

4. If a minor pays for the Paid Service without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the payment under the Korean Civil Act, except where the Civil Act provides that it cannot be cancelled, such as payments made within property the legal representative permitted.

5. This Article does not limit the rights you have under applicable law.

Article 9 (Changes to the Paid Service and Price Changes; Ending the Paid Service)

1. The Company may change the content or price of the Paid Service. If it raises the price or changes the content to your disadvantage, it will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, in the app, by email or similar. A changed price does not apply to a period you have already paid for.

2. If you do not agree with a changed price or content, you can cancel the subscription before the change takes effect. Price changes to App Store subscriptions follow the procedure set by the App Store (including your consent).

3. If the Company ends the Paid Service, it will notify users of the Paid Service at least 30 days before the end date and refund the fee for the period after the end date, calculated by the day. Refunds of fees paid through an App Store follow the methods the App Store allows.

4. Even after the Paid Service ends, the data you recorded is handled under the Base Terms and the Privacy Policy, and is not deleted only because the Paid Service ended.

Article 10 (Amendments and Contact)

1. If the Company amends these terms, it will announce the effective date and the reason at least 7 days before the effective date, and at least 30 days before if the amendment is to your disadvantage.

2. For questions about the Paid Service and payments, contact [email protected].

3. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court.

Supplementary Provision

These terms take effect on October 6, 2026.
