Everything we publish about GLP-1 medications is informational, grounded in primary sources, and checked against those sources before we publish. Here is exactly how that works — including where we use AI and where we don't.
Not medical advice
Our articles explain what published evidence and official drug labels say. They are not a substitute for personal medical advice. Dosing, whether a drug is right for you, and how to handle side effects are decisions for you and your prescriber or pharmacist. When something is a red flag, we say so and tell you to seek care.
How we use AI — and where we don't
We use AI tools to help draft and translate articles across our supported languages. We are transparent about this because it matters: AI accelerates the writing, but it does not decide what is true.
Every article is grounded in cited primary sources (see Methodology). We check facts, numbers and drug-safety claims against the original source — not against another website, and not against the AI's own memory. AI speeds up the drafting, but a person on our team is accountable for what we publish and corrects errors promptly when they're flagged.
No fabricated credentials
We do not claim a medical reviewer we don't have, and we do not invent author bios or clinical credentials. Blueshot is a lifestyle app run by a product team. Where our value is real is experience and honest tracking — not a white coat. Pretending otherwise would mislead you and we won't do it.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we want to fix it. Email [email protected] with the article and the issue. We correct factual errors promptly and update the article's revision date. Substantive corrections are noted in the article.
Independence
We do not sell prescription medications and we do not run pharmacy affiliate links. We never pressure you to purchase, and we don't recommend where to buy a drug or at what price. Our only commercial interest is our own app; articles are written to be genuinely useful, not to drive a sale.
